Cancelation Policy
Cancelations will be accepted via email through May 28, 2026 and a $50 administrative fee will be assessed. No refunds will be made for cancelations received after May 28, 2026. All refunds will be processed after July 1.

AACI reserves the right to cancel this event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such cancelation, the full paid registration fee will be returned to each registrant.
